Enjoy the food and service of a restaurant without ever leaving the comfort of your own home – no wait, no noise and no driving. Our chefs will happily customize menus and provide service and equipment to suit your needs.

For our clients who wish to dine away from home but prefer a private setting, ADAiRE offers the Castella Room. Elegantly appointed with fine fabrics, rich wood and stone, Castella offers the perfect setting for an elegant evening. From an intimate dinner for two in front of the fireplace to a formal dinner or meeting for thirty, Castella is available and ready to meet your needs.

Cocktail Hour Hors d'oeuvres

  • Platter of Marinated Mushrooms, Artichokes and Roasted Peppers with a Selection of Cured Meats and Artisan Cheeses
  • Gorgonzola Stuffed Figs with Balsamic Glaze
  • Grilled Shrimp and Dates wrapped in Prosciutto with a Balsamic-Thyme Vinaigrette
