ADAiRE's chefs have extensive experience working at some of the finest restaurants in the country and learned from some of the best chefs. Requests for any cuisine are welcome. If more exotic and exclusive dishes are desired our chefs are certainly happy to oblige.

In addition to their culinary expertise, they possess an extensive background in the fields of Nutrition, Biochemistry and Anatomy & Physiology. They have worked closely with Physicians, Dieticians and Nutritionists in designing menus to assist with weight loss, heart health and hospital recovery. ADAiRE is happy to work with your health professional to meet your dietary requirements. Through the years our chefs have also worked extensively with point systems and other popular diet plans.
